I wrote a post about my husband Stace having Diabetes not long ago. He also has High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, and Restless Leg Syndrome. Today we are concentrating on High Blood Pressure. When he started using Young Living Essential Oils for his diabetes he also started the oils for high blood pressure. He is using Ocotea, Rosemary, Lavender Marjoram, Ylang Ylang, Aroma Life, Peace & Calming, Citrus Fresh.
Please note: These uses are for pure, unadulterated essential oils, like Young Living. Please know that not all essential oils are the same! Most essential oils are fragrant/cosmetic/perfume grade oils, however, Young Living Oils are therapeutic-grade and are safe for internal use!

For High Blood Pressure (Hypertension)
One way to help normalize blood pressure is to cleanse the liver and colon for better circulation. Cleansing he colon will help rid the body of wastes and toxins that could be clogging the normal process of digestion. Cleansing and digestion are critical to normal body function.
Single Oils: Ocotea, Rosemary, Clove, Lavender, Marjoram, Ylang, Cypress
Blend Oils: Aroma Life, Peace & Calming, Citrus Fresh, Humility
Supplements: Essentialzyme, Omega Blue, CardiaCare, ImmuPro, Super B, Mineral Essence, Balance Complete, MegaCal, HRT, Ningxia Wolfberries (Dried)
Application and Usage
*Diffuse your choice of oils for 1/2 hour 3 times daily.
*Inhalation of jasmine reduces anxiety in some people and thereby lowers blood pressure.
*Put 2-3 drops of your chosen oil in your hands and rub them together, cup your hands over your nose, and inhale throughout the day as needed.
You may apply singe oils or blends neat (Straight, undiluted) or diluted, depending on the oils that are used.
*Apply 1-3 drops oil diluted 20/80 for a full body massage daily.
*Rub 1-2 drops of oil on the temples and back of neck several times daily.
*Place a warm compress with 1-2 drops of chosen oil on the back.
*For 3 minutes, massage 1-2 drops each of Aroma Life and Ylang Ylang on the heart Vita Flex pint and over the heart and carotid arteries along the neck.
*Notice how the blood pressure will begin to drop within 5 to 20 minutes. Monitor the pressure and reapply as desired.
Supplements: Increase the intake of magnesium, which acts as a smooth-muscle relaxant and as a natural calcium channel blocker for the heart, lowering blood pressure and dilating the heart blood vessels.
*Take 1 tsp. of MagaCal before going to bed.
*Take 1-2 droppers of Mineral Essence 2 times daily.
*Take 1 Super B daily with your meal. Vitamin B3 (niacin) 20mg daily is an excellent vasodilator found in Super B.
*HRT contains hawthorne berry, which provides powerful, cardiovascular support.
