Highlight Oil of The Week “LEMON”

How my family uses Lemon essential oil

Please note: These uses are for pure, unadulterated essential oils, like Young Living. Please know that not all essential oils are the same! Most essential oils are fragrant/cosmetic/perfume grade oils, however, Young Living Oils are therapeutic-grade and are safe for internal use!

Young Living Lemon oil is one of my must have oils. I love a drop or two in our water for a refreshing drink {always in a glass-glass, jar, never plastic, as citrus oils eat through plastic}.

Lemon water is actually the best way to begin your day. Simply drop 2-6 drops into room-temperature water and take first thing in the morning… yes even before your first cup of coffee! Lemon is wonderful for digestion and aids in balancing the body’s PH.

I drink Lemon water the rest of the day. Each drop of Young Living Lemon oil equals to 20 lemons. lemons I put 5-8 drops in a jar of water tastes yummy, no calories, and alkalizes the water. Since January I have lost 30 pounds!!! Wow…I am still amazed at how the weight has just melted away :). I have not changed my eating habits, all I have added is the Young Living lemon oil to my water.

I am adding to this post: Since May I have lost another 15 pounds. A total of 45 pounds!!!! I never thought I would of lost this much weight. I go back to my doctor every 3 months and he is just amazed at my weight loss. 🙂 If it worked for me…it can work for you!!!!
